ORDERING & SPECIFICATIONS

Pricing

Our products are strictly made-to-order. While the exterior aesthetics and proprietary architecture remain fixed, the final price will fluctuate based on your selected internal specifications and component availability. We will provide a formal quotation after discussing your requirements and intended use.
(Starting price: Approx. 2,600,000 JPY / $17,500 USD)

Customization

Our systems are engineered with absolute priority on their definitive silhouette and proprietary architecture—including the harmony with solid walnut and precise manual cable lacing. Consequently, we strictly decline any requests for exterior aesthetic modifications or the use of customer-supplied components.
We do, however, offer flexibility regarding internal specifications. We will propose an optimal architecture tailored to your computational needs, provided the selected components do not compromise the system's aesthetic integrity or our rigorous thermal design. Please note that actual products may vary slightly from the images shown on this website due to component availability and natural material variations.

Component Substitution

While we list specific components (such as Crucial Memory) as our standard foundation, we reserve the right to substitute these with alternative components of equal or superior quality, stability, and aesthetic alignment (e.g., maintaining our signature industrial, black-out design). This ensures the highest level of performance and visual integrity despite potential market fluctuations. Any such substitutions will be thoroughly discussed and proposed to you for approval during the formal quotation process before any production begins.

Payment

We accept international bank transfers and major credit cards. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, full payment is strictly required at the time of order confirmation.

PRODUCTION & SHIPPING

Lead Time

Upon order confirmation, we commence the procurement of components, the milling of solid walnut, and the meticulous hand-lacing and assembly process. Currently, production requires a standard lead time of 3 months.
Please note that shipping may be restricted or unavailable to certain countries due to international export control regulations (e.g., high-performance GPU embargoes) or strict customs policies regarding wood products.

Transit & Customs

UNCOMPROMISING PACKAGING

Every Ryozen Craft system is an investment, and we protect it accordingly. Your system will be shipped internationally in a heavy-duty, custom-built flight case. Internally, heavy components such as the GPU are directly secured to the chassis frame to eliminate stress on the motherboard. The remaining internal cavities are meticulously protected using custom-molded foam packing tailored to your specific build, shielding delicate components and custom cable lacing from any transit vibration.

THE UNBOXING PROCEDURE (CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY)

To ensure maximum safety during transit, the internal protective materials are tightly fitted. By purchasing, you agree to carefully read the included "Unboxing & Inspection Guide" and remove all internal packing materials exactly as instructed before connecting the system to any power source. Failure to follow these instructions may result in component damage which is not covered under our warranty.

CUSTOMS INSPECTIONS & CLEARANCE

International shipments are legally subject to inspection by customs authorities. To minimize handling risks, every Ryozen Craft shipment includes a highly visible "Customs Inspection Guide" containing internal X-ray references and exact repacking instructions for customs officers. While we take every possible countermeasure to prevent invasive inspections, Ryozen Craft cannot be held liable for any aesthetic or physical damage caused directly by the brute force of customs officials during their legal inspection process.
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees incurred upon delivery.

SUPPORT & LEGAL

Warranty

Our systems are delivered as completed works of functional art, rather than standard consumer electronics. Therefore, we do not offer extended proprietary warranties or comprehensive support systems, with the sole exception of damage incurred during initial shipping. Customers are expected to manage any subsequent hardware troubleshooting and routine maintenance independently.
